What You'll Do as a PRG Laborer
You'll keep job sites clean, organized, and safe, and you'll help field teams with daily construction tasks. You'll move between projects, so you see more of the industry.
- Snow removal on job sites and company facilities
- Daily site cleanup and housekeeping
- Receive, unload, and organize materials
- Move and stage materials for crews
- Routine site and equipment maintenance
- Protect completed and in-progress work
- Assist skilled trades and project teams
- Operate tools and equipment safely

What We Offer for a Better Quality of Life
No construction experience required
- Valid driver's license (required to transport yourself to and from job sites)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more, often
- Able to work outdoors in snow, rain, heat, and cold, and at high elevations
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to pass company-required certifications and training
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
Based on experience, certifications, qualifications, and performance.
- $249.00 biweekly fuel stipend as additional compensation
